To help us provide you with an efficient response, please be as specific and detailed as possible when describing your problem. Non-specific requests may result in maintenance delays.
If this is an emergency maintenance request, please contact your property manager on his/her 24 hour line (Douglas Doty- 310.736.0141 or Paul Garcia- 310.736.0142) or contact your onsite resident manager.
If this is a life threatening emergency, please Dial 911 immediately.
Routine maintenance requests are processed during normal business hours. After your request is received, someone should be in contact with you within 48 business hours. If you are not contacted by your property manager, please call our office to follow up. To ensure prompt and proper service, the form must be completed in its entirety.
