Erica Lockhart

Erica Lockhart’s professional portfolio spans many areas of discipline from business to media and marketing; and most recently to real estate management and commercial and residential real estate brokerage. As Director of Operations, Erica is responsible for the development and implementation of management policies and procedures. She also oversees the management of approximately 96 properties and 443 units ranging in type from retail to single family and multi-family to condos and HOAs.

The success and continued growth of BRC Management Services Group is largely due to the pro-active supervision of Erica Lockhart. Ms. Lockhart has cultivated a staff of in-house professionals and third-party vendors from the various facilities management trades whose stewardship creates and sustains asset value for our client base. She establishes investment horizons for BRC’s clients, which allow them to maximize income during ownership as well as the timely disposition and acquisition of additional new assets as part of a client's investment objectives. This affords a smooth transition during the changing market landscape and to optimize asset value.

Prior to Real Estate, Erica worked in media and advertising for 9 years. As a Vice President at the country’s largest direct response media firm, Erica was instrumental in the strategic direction of Fortune 500 brands. With her strong background in business and marketing, Erica brings an innovative and highly effective approach to Real Estate and Property Management.

Erica graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Communication and a B.S. Minor in Business Administration.

She is also a member of the Beverly Hills/ Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, National Association of Broker’s Price Opinion Professionals and the Los Angeles Urban League Young Professionals.
