Douglas Doty

Douglas Doty has over 15 years of experience in commercial property management. Throughout his career, Doug has managed all types of property, including industrial, warehouse, HOA, single-family and multi-family. At BRC Management, Doug is responsible for the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties

An integral part of Doug’s role is maintaining strong, positive relationships with building tenants and owners. He carefully constructs detailed tenant relations plans, executes them, and evaluates their success so that they may be continually enhanced.

Doug began his career with BRC Management Services Group in 2007. During this time, he has demonstrated a high aptitude for customer service and has proven himself as a creative problem solver, tackling each new challenge with professionalism and skill.

Mr. Doty is committed to providing the highest level of property management service to the owners and tenants of the buildings for which he is responsible.
