Rental Criteria

Rental application criteria applies to all applicants:

• A non-refundable $30 application fee (per adult) must be submitted before an application is processed. Fee must be in the form of cash, cashier’s check or money order.

• All adults over the age of 18 must submit an application.

• All applications must be filled out completely, dated and signed before processing.

• Must have a valid Social Security number or Tax I.D for credit & eviction reports.

• Must have valid and current I.D at the time application is submitted.

• Two most current paystubs must be provided. Most current tax return must be provided for self-employed and business applicants.
