A non-refundable application fee must be paid in order to process your application. The application fee is $30/adult listed on the application. All adults over the age of 18 must submit an application. Fee must be in the form of cash or a cashier’s check/money order. Please sign, date and complete the application in it’s entirety as missing information may delay the approval process. Please review the Rental Criteria before submitting an application.
